✈️ Airfare IS included, though depending on your departure city, your total cost could be slightly higher to accommodate.  

Please Note: There is a $100 tourist Visa that you will purchase separate in Miami.
Also, due to current law, this is NOT a tourist trip - it is humanitarian - it is simply a "tourist" Visa for entry into Cuba.
